The two-stage three-point combination filter (air conditioning unit) consists of a filter regulator and an oil supply unit. It is used in pneumatic motors and can extend the service life of pneumatic tools.
This filter works as follows:
- The filter regulator removes contaminants such as dust, dirt, and rust from the pneumatic system and separates liquids entrained in the compressed air to prevent equipment damage and reduce production losses caused by downtime due to contaminants. It can also regulate pressure to maintain a constant output pressure.
- The oil supply device has a lubricating effect, reducing friction of moving parts and extending their service life.
